OMG this was tits. I roasted a basil & garlic whole chicken & covered it with unsalted pork belly. It was delight.

My boyfriend bought me this today.

I’m cooking a whole organic free range chicken in it.  It’s stuffed with rosemary and garlic and smothered in blackened seasoning sitting on a bed of red onions.

I love my boyfriend.  He loves me and my cooking.

It’s a win win situation.
